Your oral health
Today is world oral health day. This year’s theme is 'Be Proud Of Your Mouth For A Lifetime Of Smiles'.
Oral health is an important part of your health and wellness. It refers to the health of your teeth, gums, throat, and the bones around the mouth. Poor oral health can cause tooth decay and gum disease. It has also been linked to disease conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and chronic respiratory diseases. So, having a healthy mouth not only gives you a great smile, but also helps to maintain overall wellness.

Floss daily between the teeth to remove any food debris and dental plaque.
Change your toothbrush every three months or as soon as you notice the bristles are splayed.
Visit your dentist at least twice yearly.
Limit consumption of sugary foods.
